pumpkins

On Thursday Bettie, Elise, and I checked out our first Colorado pumpkin patch and corn maze. It was great. The constant blazing sun and the surrounding mountains gave it a different feel than a Michigan patch, but it did feel like fall and will probably become a tradition while we're here. Tonight Carson, Carol, and the girls will probably come over to join us for pumpkin carving and dinner (pumpkin soup, of course, and pumpkin bars and cider for dessert!).
