One night Poppy made a fire down by the river with Elise. Of course, any sort of outside fire equals marshmallows for Elise. So, of course, she loved it. :) A perfect Poppy/Elise activity...

Last Saturday we went to Gramma and Poppy's cottage for the afternoon. It was fun for Elise to reconnect with this special place.

our week in Denver

Before leaving for Michigan, Elise and I enjoyed 9 days in Denver with her "Daddo" (as she now calls him). Here are the highlights...
