I'm slowly wading through our summer pictures. Sorting, cropping, editing, moving, deleting, snapfishing. Finally, I found Claire's birthday photos. Time to get Claire Bear's 2-year birthday events documented on the blog (before it's time to post Sylvie's 1st year pictures -which will happen THIS Friday!).
Our first celebration was with our buddy Bryce. Our good friends the Campbells hosted a party for their son Bryce and Claire (born just five days apart). Man, we miss all our Colorado friends. And so do the girls. Claire just saw these photos and hurtled herself up onto my lap to get a good look while shouting, "Bryce! Bryce!" (which actually sounds more like "Rice! Rice!").
Oh boy. There are my sweet nieces, there in the photo (along with Elise). WE MISS YOU GIRLS!!! I think about you everyday!!!
Then this was from celebration #2. Claire's actual birthday, July 7th, happened to be the last day of our moving-to-Michigan road trip. Poor honey had to spend 10+ hours in the car that day and away from Daddy. Put when we arrived in Mt. Pleasant, Aunt Tarami had a little birthday party ready and waiting. Thanks again, Aunt Tarami!!!
