I think Sylvie rolled over for the first time yesterday. (Yes, like my other two, she's off to a slower start. My baby girls have never been huge fans of tummy time.) Sylvie was on her tummy, I went to the kitchen, came back, and then she was on her back. Simple as that. I was, of course, a little bummed to have missed the milestone.
Sylvie doesn't have a baby book. So, I'm documenting it here. In the baby book of today... my blog.
Thursday, May 26th - Sylvie rolled over for the first time.
Then, this morning... Friday, May 27th...
Sylvie started the backwards scooch.
Based on my anecdotal mommy data with the two big sisters, it will be a while before crawling actually begins. But it's a start. And it's documented.
